Frequently Asked Questions:

How long will it take to complete the maze?

Best to allow 2 hours to complete. Obviously it depends on how good your sense of direction is and if you choose to use the clues that help you around the maze. If you want to stay until you have found every brass rubbing, sometimes this can take longer! But there is no rush, you are welcome to spend the whole day at the maze!

Can we bring a picnic?

Yes, there is a picnic area alongside this beautiful river. A super cafe and two great pubs are also very close to the maze, or take a short drive to Yearlstone Vineyard where there are fantastic views over the village.

Is the maze suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs?

The maze is situated on a working farm so sturdy footwear is recommended. The paths through the maze are soil and although compacted may become difficult for pushchairs and wheelchairs in wet weather. There is an alternative route avoiding the bridge.

Can my children go round on their own?

All children 14 and under should be supervised by an adult at all times. The Maze adventure is fun for all ages and is a super way to spend time together. Collecting all the brass rubbings is a great team achievement.
